This winter during Hurricane Sandy I locked myself in my studio in Brooklyn and painted these two oil paintings.
A portrait of my Mothers family from the 70s. This was a very special and challenging painting of my Aunts, Uncles and Grandparents. The funnest part was painting their stylish clothing!
It now hangs proudly above my Grandfathers hearth.
